Common questions

Where is my data stored?
Only on your phone. There is no account. To move to a new phone, go to Settings → Back up, save the file, then use Restore from a backup on the new phone.

I'm not getting reminders.
Check that notifications are allowed for Weekwise in your phone's Settings, and that the reminder for your medication is turned on in Weekwise → Settings → your medication.

How do I cancel Weekwise Pro?
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Weekwise. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Logging stays free after you cancel.

I bought Pro but it's locked.
Go to Weekwise → Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
